I am extremely dissatisfied with the products I received, as they do not match what I initially requested. There were numerous hidden fees that were not communicated upfront. Everything sounded very promising before I made the payment, but once the payment was completed, the situation changed entirely. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and the quality of the products is exceptionally poor. Before placing the bulk order, I specifically asked for samples to evaluate the quality, and the samples I received were good. However, when the bulk shipment arrived, the products were terrible and nothing like the samples. Additionally, I paid extra for a faster shipping option with a promised delivery time of 30 days. To my surprise, the shipment was sent using a 60-day method, which is typically the cheaper option. When i requested a refund , i was informed that the company operates in a low profit margin and could therfore only offer a partial refund!!!!!
